When we pointed out that we didn't have any cash, but were happy to round up the tip with a card payment, this was rejected. Instead, we whispered to the waitress in Italian that we were being stingy, saying he didn't expect the guests to understand Italian. A very rude waiter who ruined the atmosphere. We definitely won't be going here again; I don't recommend it!
