Joe's is a fairly new place in a housing estate at Wyndham Harbour in Werribee South. You can get her by public transport on the hourly #439 bus from Werribee. It is spacious and bright inside with picture windows facing the sea and marina. There are coffee, cakes, snacks and drinks available. My black coffee was unremarkable. View all feedback.

It was quite nice However, on my way out I noticed that other customers had it served win cream We didn't even get cutlery with ours...So great potential.its not bad but I have seen much better ones
Called in for a cool drink and ended up having a light lunch at Joe's Cafe on Friday, Feb 26, 2016. Was very impressed with the service and friendly atmosphere and intend to re-visit Joe's next time I am over that way.
I have ordered coffee at this place and service was pretty efficient however menu was quite limited. Good value for money!

What a Place to enjoy overlooking on the Famous MARINA WYNDHAM HARBOUR.JOE A VERY HUMBLE MAN WELCOMING WELL HIS CUSTOMERS.Joe seems to be the Boss and make very nice cappuccinos.Always has a nice words with customers.You cannot pass those delicious cakes.The atmosphere of this coffee shop restaurant will make you buying an apartment. or a house in the Complex.WELL DONE JOE!!!!
