Schanzentisch - Wernigerode

We booked a double room at the Schanzenhaus, were able to book and book. The food was made as a buffet, all very nice and all very delicious!

With the family. The brunch starts at 11:00. If you are more there, you can do a few more steps in the area. The buffet was sufficient and fresh. Beverage was slow. It cost. If the waiters were faster with the drinks, there was a star more.

We stayed at Hotel Schanzenhaus and visited the restaurant for breakfast and dinner. The food was very delicious and the staff always friendly.

We've been to the Schanzenhaus for the 13th time. I think that's what it says. Nevertheless, here are some supplements. A beautiful double room with balcony and overlooking the castle. The delicious breakfast buffet, the selection of salads, sausages, fruits and yoghurt dishes. There were also coffee, tea, cocoa and juice drinks available. Also the staff, whether during breakfast or reception, always friendly and helpful. The same applies to the hotel director. He always has an open ear for every guest, gave information about the hotel and about planning changes around the hotel.

The map is manageable, so you could think that the offered is very good. Unfortunately, we were somewhat disappointed by individual courts. Others were very good, the salad for example. Unfortunately, despite criticism and rejection of a meal, this was charged later.... The staff was friendly, but despite a manageable number of guests we have to wait very long. The prices are somewhat too high in our opinion. The ambience is rather cool. In principle, satisfactory and expandable, but not more.
