This is a place with lots of potential. the place and the view are really nice. However the restaurant is nice, clean and neat but quite simple. Similarly the food is just average german food as well as the service. Overall nothing special.

A pretty rustic-themed restaurant overlooking a lake. We couldn't try the beer garden as it was cold and wet but it looked like a great location in warmer seasons. My Wiener Schnitzel was great - a generous portion served with salad, a crispy cucumber sauce and a mountain of awesome bratkartoffeln (pan-fried potatoes). My colleagues enjoyed other traditional dishes like dumplings and roast pork. We also shared a 'smashed up pancake dessert. Yummy!
