Jack In The Box - Wentzville

On December 22nd, I had a negative experience at this restaurant with their ordering system. I was rudely told that big orders were not accepted due to technical issues. When I requested to only order two tiny tacos, I was told to wait. I would have left the line if there weren't cars behind me. The staff should either fix the issue or have the manager handle it promptly.

This restaurant is slow and serves poorly prepared food. Avoid this place if you are short on time or prefer your order to be prepared accurately. The staff is rude and inattentive, and the atmosphere is chaotic and poorly maintained. They frequently run out of items and the interior is dirty. It is best to steer clear of this restaurant.

Due to competition and low publicity, this restaurant seems to be dead. I do not recommend it. I went today at 6:20 and they did not have a cone or anything to cover the drive-through as they usually do. I waited at least 10 minutes at the window and no one showed up, even after honking and knocking on the window. Finally, someone came and rudely told me they were closed. When I suggested they set up the cone, the manager or whoever it was, rudely replied that they didn't have one. This place used to be amazing a few years back, but now it is a complete disaster due to lazy and rude employees. I would not even recommend it to my worst enemy. Complete waste of time.

If they should be open at 9 o'clock, they should be open in time instead of cars sitting there and noone answer the phone or the running gear thru loudspeaker! as general manager of a competitive restaurant this is not good

This place has really gone downhill the past few years, sadly. I once waited 45 minutes in the drive-thru- you can’t leave if there’s a car ahead because of the way it’s set up. On a different visit I ordered sweet tea to go, got home and discovered SALT in the tea instead of sugar!!?? Another visit was about 25 minutes in drive-thru then they said my order was deleted, hadn’t even started to make it and they had me pull out of drive-thru to park while they made it. After a few bad incidents I should’ve learned but felt like giving another chance. This used to be one of the best fast food places in Wentzville many years ago.
