Firehouse Subs Henry St - Wentzville

Absolutely satisfied. The staff was friendly and our subs were great (Hook and Ladder, and the Italian). Also, the Firehouse cherry/lime drinks were excellent.

Just stopped in for a quick lunch and wow my sandwich was amazing. I have always enjoyed firehouse subs but this was my 1st time at this location and man the rest of the locations need to step it up because they make a mean sandwich better than the rest!

Brisket was overly shredded and dry. A/C was out and no fans for customers, and our order was lost and had to wait a very long time in the hot inside.

Pretty sure they aren?t using AC in this store, it?s so hot in here makes me want to throw up. I don?t know if I?ll keep ordering because it?s unbearable. Also I saw an female employee eating a pickle while cooking sandwiches?

Went here mainly because the coke freestyle machines are working again after covid and I missed them and the tasty sandwiches. I just always want a fun drink when I come here, so I hadn't been in a long while. I got the steak and cheese which was delicious as always. I appreciate that the steak isn't the most expensive sub (like it often is at other places just because they can). I got the lemon lime flavored lemonade that comes out super bright green. It's awesome????. I visited around 6 pm on a Saturday night. No wait or lines. Employees were friendly. The supervisor was efficient and had her crews cleaning and prepping while it was slower. Overall, good experience and would come again. At theprice it's not an everyday meal, but worth it every time I go.
