China Buffet - Wentzville

I have been here on several occasions and it’s always the same! Food is never hot and not always fresh, this is unacceptable for a buffet! I’ve even asked if there was a problem with warming tables and was told they had been having problems. Food has been left for long periods of time on buffet. On last visit I asked manager again about food warmers and was told to get food from bottom of pans and it should be hotter!! Really a response to a customer! I will never go back again and will tell everyone I know to stay away from this place!

Soooo upset. This used to be my favorite Chinese buffet until my mom and I sat down at our table with our food and a big ole roach was running in the middle of our table between our plates, told the waitress and she killed it right between our plates. She assured me they were getting help for the cockroaches we just got up and walked out. 2 years later I went to pick up lunch thinking they have the issue under control at this point go to grab some rice and pulled the spoon out of the water container it sits in and a dead baby cockroach is floating. Threw my to go container away. Will never return! They have such a massive infestation of roaches. They may be trying to fix the issue but I just cannot.

Don't waste your time or money please! Worst Chinese food ever! The food was extremely bland with absolutely no taste at all, everything on the buffet was cold and dry! On top of that the service was awful just terrible. No one offered to refill my beverage and never came over to clear the plates on my table. However they seem to cater to the people around me who were of a different race! If I could give this place a NEGATIVE -10 I WOULD!!!

While I highly recommend coming here for lunch, I can't say the same for their dinner service. They continuously stock the food for lunch, but seem to lose steam at the dinner service, where they tend to just let food run out or look poor. We've always had excellent service, mainly due to the gentleman host. Overall a decent place to eat, although overpriced in my opinion.
