Applebee's - Wentzville

I ordered the salmon meal for $18 and change, but I was disappointed with the tiny portion of salmon, which was no more than 4 ounces. The broccoli was warm yet still hard and practically raw, and the lemon wedge barely produced two drops of juice. My wife ordered wings and has repeatedly been shorted a wing; the latest order not only came up short but the wings were also extremely small. If you're going to raise prices, you shouldn’t skimp on portion sizes. For the same price, Harry J's in Moscow Mills serves salmon that's almost the size of a rack of ribs! Given the consistent issues of reduced portion sizes and declining food quality despite rising prices, we've decided not to return, which is unfortunate since we used to dine here frequently.

I don 't rate chains as 5 star, but this Applebee 's was top for a chain. Every single dish we ordered was delicious! Wait staff was a bit slow getting started but once she finally got to us she was courteous and pleasant. Prices were above what I 'm used to but I guess that 's the new normal. Restrooms nice and clean. Forgot to take more pics of dishes :

By far one of the best wentzville restaurant experiences since we have lived here for the last 5 years! Chris was the BEST waiter. So cool, accommodating, and related and interacted with our kids! He was awesome!

Door greeter flat affect, monotone almost turn you away from entering. Food was good. Waiter was very personable and professional. Took good care of the people at our table.
