While in Wengen, we went to Pickel Bar several nights and had a wonderful time! Beatrice is fantastic and knows the area very well. She suggested several hikes in the area, as well as other places to visit while on our trip. The drinks were excellent. Looking forward to going back this year! View all feedback.

Went in for a drink over the weekend and didn't get served. Went to the bar first and was told by the person behind the bar that it's table service. We sat down and she served people around us but not us. Waited 15 mins but no luck. Decided to walk out. It's a shame as it looked like quite a nice place. Egal wann, egal was, die Pickel-Bar ist immer perfekt! Zum Apres-Ski ebenso, wie zum Dinner. Ellen und ihr Team machen einen super Job und sorgen immer für gute Laune und tolle Stimmung! Die Weinkarte ist toll und abwechslungsreich und die Küche ist auf hohem Niveau! Die Pickel-Bar ist jeden Tag einen Besuch wert!

Gutsortierte Weinkarte. Gemütliche Bar. Feine Mahlzeiten. Treffpunkt nach dem Skifahren (Aprés-Ski).

After hiking around all day, it was delightful to sit and enjoy dinner here. The menu had a qide range of options. Prices are higher than in the US, but very reasonable for Switzerland. Both my husband and I enjoyed our dinner on the patio.

The Eiger is tucked away behind the train station. It's worth finding however because the food is so good. I had a veal dish that was as good as anywhere in Switzerland. Very pleasant host and staff.
