Although it may be a bit pricier than other options, the quality is definitely worth it.

After being served dirty drinks, we waited 1 hour and 40 minutes before our two steaks arrived. It took an additional 10 minutes before a small portion of fries... read more After being served dirty drinks, we waited 1 hour and 40 minutes before our two steaks arrived. It took an additional 10 minutes before a small portion of fries was brought to us, which we had to share in order to finally eat our steak while it was still hot. Unfortunately, the second portion of fries never arrived. My son had to eat his spaghetti with just a fork because despite asking three times, a spoon was never provided. Additionally, he had to drink his water straight from the bottle as the glass he requested multiple times never made it to our table. Throughout our meal, we witnessed other unhappy customers leaving their tables in frustration, while the two servers seemed overwhelmed and outdated. It's a shame that such a well-located establishment lacks professionalism and respect for its customers. We should have left as soon as we had initial concerns.
