Eating in a restaurant with its own butcher is usually a high pleasure. Even today... although we had only ordered curry sausage with pommes and the big salad, the plates were dressed with love. Everything done yourself (until I think of the Pommes). Salad sauces too. Very delicious. The boss of a very nice woman who has to fight very nicely through Corona. For a fast restaurant then rather the top class. If you want to get something to eat there with some dirty stuff, you're not just being looked at wrong, the staff is still obviously in trouble!
