My lunch was included with my tour. I'm super happy that it was. I got a bowl of grain and sunflower seed soup, buffalo sausage with vegetables and wild rice, raspberry tea, homemade bread, and a creme brulee (I think) with maple sauce. The restaurant looks like a lodge with very creative tables and ceramic pitchers and glasses. So enjoyable.

We were offered authentic cuisine, essentially game based which was bison and it was served with vegetables. The dessert was lovely - it was a home style cake served with a savoury maple sauce.

Cake is average, Burger is average, potatoes are literally solid rocks.Variety 2/5 you have a choice(sorta).Price 2/5 way too expensive for the food quality.Environment 4/5 cozy place with nice decoration.Overall, don 't go to this place for your 'typical ' travelling, unless if you 're out of choice.

The service was also very slow, suggesting they were clearly understaffed. Unfortunately, I can't recommend this place with a clear conscience, as it doesn't provide a positive cultural experience. On a positive note, I did enjoy the rice, and the beef was cooked fairly well.
