When I arrived I w... read more After a long day motorbiking the back roads from Flachau Austria I found this hotel through the Bookingdotcom app and decided to have a look. When I arrived I was sold, it is located on the corner of the market square of the charming and beautiful medieval town of Wemding (Bavaria) and the hotelier was as warm and welcoming as I could have hoped. She obviously takes a huge amount of pride in her hotel as everything had been thought out from the eclectic mix of LED lighting and ornate decorations to the white and maroon bed linens and mosquito nets above the beds. The restaurant served up top Bavarian fare and felt like a steal compared to London food prices. There was even a secure place to lock in the motorbike for the night. Couldn't recommend more.
