The service was impeccable, cost was very reasonable and excellent value, and the food itself was genuinely delicious with every single dish! Cannot fault them... HIGHLY RECOMMEND them. Came home and later took out items from the bag which... read more Went Tuesday morning and bought pata ganthia and Jalebi. That ganthia comes with free sambharo and marcha. Came home and later took out items from the bag which had only ganthia and Jalebi , no other items at all. So called them just to let them know that what was missing. The gentleman asked questions 1 did you check in the car if it fallen out 2 who was the staff at the time 3 99% we never forget to give it I bothered to make a phone call and report it that free items was not there. If they really have any respect for customer or customer care training he would have simply offerasked me that when you come next time we will give you one free as a gift rather than Food: 5 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Their food is exceptional, and it’s hard to de... read more I’ve known the team at Jalsa since they first opened their store in Sudbury, and they are truly wonderful people. Their food is exceptional, and it’s hard to describe just how delicious their cakes are. The quality of their dishes is consistently high with no compromises. I highly recommend them! We had them cater for my baby shower and my daughter’s first birthday, and now my daughter is 5 years old—Jalsa has also been around for 5 years! They provided great support during my pregnancy as well, which I truly appreciate. We're planning another party soon, so we’ll definitely be reaching out to them again!
