Simmons isn 't a bland national chain... or an overly expensive 'cute ' cafe. read moreSimmons, a bakery and cafe in Welwyn Garden City, offers a mix of positive and negative experiences. The service and coffee quality have left many customers disappointed, with complaints about slow service and watery, bland coffee. Some staff members have been described as rude and in need of customer service training. On the other hand, the ambiance and food selection have been praised, with highlights including delicious pastries and quiches. Recent refurbishments have improved the overall look and feel of the cafe. Overall, Simmons may be a hit or miss depending on individual experiences and expectations.
