Greggs - Welwyn Garden City

Greggs are a national chain and you get exactly the same here as everywhere else food is ok as are prices. Only issue here is slow service, lots of staff but most seem to be serving delivery orders rather than customers in store. Also seems that every order requiring rolls (eg a bacon roll) requires staff to go around the back to get some why not keep some around the front and make it easier?

Grab an affordable pie and cheap cuppa! Now they have Vegan options I'm happier. The pies etc aren't great if they've been sitting around awhile!. If you get them fresh from the oven they're much nicer Clean place .

Been in the Welwyn Garden City shop twice this week. There are the same leaves and cobwebs in the corners of the shop, and under the display stand that the doughnuts go on, these were there on Monday, and still there on Friday. The shop is filthy, don't Greggs know how to use a broom, mop and bucket. The shop is filthy, don't they have area managers enforcing standards. Also why are staff handling money, and then making bacon rolls without either cleaning their hands or putting on plastic gloves. The staff here could learn a lot from the subway next door. Food handling hygiene is basic, cleaning the shop is a necessity. This shop is a disgrace and filthy dirty.

Closed most of the times now a days, always says have no staff, many many people have bf in greggs thats very bad

Absolutely shocking, sausages always cold in the morning, never any egg. customer service is diabolical avoid at all cost
