I ordered a pizza, paid for it, and then received a call saying my order was canceled because I was “too far away.” The person on the phone was incredibly rude, telling me it was my problem and that I should deal with the delivery app myself because it wasn’t their business. I was shocked by the lack of professionalism and customer care. If they couldn’t deliver to my location, that should have been clear before I placed and paid for the order. Instead, I was left with no food, no support, and an awful interaction. I won’t be ordering from here again.
