We absolutely love this restaurant! We live in Las Vegas and have sampled hundreds of barbecue places, but this one is, without a doubt, the best we've ever experienced. So worth the wait. I think we waited about 30 minutes in line. But once you order you get your food in a few minutes. The chicken and the mac and cheese are AMAZING. Definitely will be back to try more things
1st time I've been and I'll definitely be back! Delicious food, great service and plenty of options. Get there early, just so something doesn't run out before the end of the day!
The wait is definitely worth it, but make sure to arrive early! There's a reason this place is only open three days a week and sells out every time: the food is absolutely fantastic. My personal favorites are the burnt ends, ribs, and brisket. While it may be on the pricier side, some might argue it's not worth it, but when you compare it to places like Rib Crib that charges $25 for mediocre ribs, trust me—this restaurant will exceed your expectations.

Absolutely amazing barbecue! It's definitely worth the wait in line! All the meats and sides are fantastic! We ordered the Meat Locker, which includes brisket, ribs, pulled pork, chicken, all the sausages, three sides, bread, and Twinkies. We chose potato salad, mac and cheese, and apple pie beans as our sides, and they were all delightful! Next time, we plan to try the burnt ends as well! They are open from 11 AM to 3 PM (unless they sell out before that). I recommend getting in line about 45 to 60 minutes before they open. We arrived 30 minutes early and ended up waiting at least an hour past opening time. They do allow the line to start forming at 9 AM if you want to wait in the air conditioning.
