Mojo Market Lane

Unfortunately, as of December 23, 2016, this MOJO location has closed. You will now have to head over to MOJO Market Lane for your coffee fix. It was a great spot while it lasted!

I had a pretty good experience at Mojo Waterfront. They offer all the classic dishes on their menu and do them well. The prices are a bit high, such as $9 for a sausage roll and $11 for a chicken sandwich. I particularly enjoyed the 5 grain brown sourdough bread with eggs on toast, but the scrambled eggs were only lukewarm. Overall, it's not a place you would go out of your way to visit, but it's still nice.

This is hands down the best café I've visited in Wellington! The food was incredible! I tried the loaded cheese scone with a side of avocado and it was unbelievably delicious - I felt like I was in heaven! My friend had the beef on sourdough and they absolutely loved it. The staff were extremely friendly and the café had a warm and cozy atmosphere. Thanks again for hosting us!

This is long overdue. Yesterday was Mojo Market Lane's last day. I will really miss their coffees from Flat White to their Machiatto, I will definitely miss the lovely Asian lady Chef with her fare of perfect poached eggs, freshly roasted Chicken Sandwiches...Always given a royal treatment by the team at Market Lane and always given thoroughly enjoyable and pleasurable gastronomic experience whenever I had my breakfasts there! I hope the lady chef finds a very good employer in another good café! Thank you guys!

I actually just came here for a coffee, but when the chef recommended the Chef 's Special, I obliged. Oh wow! Never in a million years I expected the lasagna would give me the authentic taste of Italy! But it really did! I like what she said, 'We have surprises daily! I will cook whatever we have, fresh! What an amazing chef! For $23, it was worth every bite.
