I went to this restaurant for lunch and was thoroughly impressed by the quality of the food. Babousa offers a limited menu, but they have a variety of clearly marked vegan options that are delicious. I ordered the Koshari bowl, which included spicy rice, lentils, chickpeas, tomato sauce, fresh herbs, onions, and crispy cakes. I also had a hibiscus tea and a small cake.
