Every time wait forever and then the food is cold. I need to remember in the future to go anywhere else.

This place is always slow. The food always cold. They act like they are doing you a favor to get your order right. I like Taco John's. I do not like this Taco John's. Stop somewhere else.

This place can not and will not get it right. Got it so wrong had to ask for a refund.The management refuses the in app coupons. Spoke to a manager months ago and was assured it would be fixed. Still is not. Still have employees telling people there is nothing they can do about it.Forgiving this once again and paying full price I said repeatedly no sour cream. You guessed it. Has sour cream. They blame this on simply the teller being a new employee.Manager told me to lose the attitude when I mentioned the order was wrong and my oles were “cold”. They proceeded to tell me how they were made 10 minutes ago and were clearly warm if you smash them open with your finger. Pro tip. Thanks for that. Look at not only mine but repeated reports of wildly slow and cold food from this establishment…. The problem is not with the customers. I will not be back.
