Mcdonald's - Wellington

This mcdonals claims to be open 24 hour however that 's not the case. Night time shift employee are hidden in the back so no customers can see them. Or they will hit you up with system down we can take any orders so the time passes by without doing shi..t and just getting paid. I placed an order online trying to get some food but no one is willing to provide me with the assistance. To make things worse. I was charged for the food I never received. Management you either find out what is going on with your employees not wanting to work or simply update your business hours so we don 't waste any time ordering something we can get at 3am

Here we go again with another review. This is the 2nd 24 hour drive thru tonight. This time I waited at the menu and nobody acknowledged me so I went to the window and there were 3 employees laughing and having a good time. I used a flashlight and shine inside. One of the employees saw me and then instantly hid from me and told the other 2 employees to hide as well. I circled back around to the menu and they still didn 't acknowledge me. 5/12/2023 @0521

Ignored, even the manager. Seems like they saw us but never responded. FINALLY I stepped behind the counter and was noticed. Food was wrong for one order and my sweet tea was only giving to me when we walked out the door and reminded them. We ate in the restaurant. THIS BRANCH SHOULD BE AUTOMATED FIRST IN FLORIDA

THIS IS THE WORST McDonald! Wait time is always 15 mins, there kiosks are never working, Menu screens don’t work and the main woman walking around is RUDE! I would suggest you give your money to anyone else before you ever waist it on this establishment!

The bathrooms are dirty the dining area is dirty. The people prepping the food and putting in the bags are eating as they’re doing that which is a health code violation the manager with all the tattoos and the long blonde hair is this standing there with her now hearing it, and allowing them to do this in front of her so everyone needs to be fired in this establishment needs to be shut down do not come here
