Dunkin' - Wellington

I waited about 10 minutes for an iced coffee with just one person in front of me. The service here is incredibly slow. It would be a great Dunkin’ to work at, but don’t count on reliable internet—cell service is quite unreliable. On a positive note, the dining area is the best I’ve come across, and they offer a good selection of merchandise.

I visit this restaurant every day, sometimes even twice! Shaun, the manager, is fantastic, and his team is excellent as well. They always have my order ready quickly and easily.

If I could give zero stars I would. This is the WORST Dunkin. I live literally across the street from here and refuse to go here and drive across town for different location. The staff is so rude. Careless. And my order has never once been correct. Like not even close to correct. It's so frustrating. And they don't care. If you order in the mobile app and they don't have it they don't do anything and say you have to call corporate to get your money back. They are awful.

I had to wait 10 minutes, and then ended up waiting another 15 because the staff forgot my order and prioritized others ahead of me. In addition, my drink was rushed and tasted bland, as they didn't even mix the powder properly.

This dunkin literally is so garbage. Like every other dunkin in wellington, the service is terrible, workers are like mcdonald's workers who seem like they hate their job. Which they probably do, due to the terrible management going on. If I could give 0 stars I would
