Items were missing which meant I had... read more *DO NOT USE* Disgusting level of service. Food was an hour and a half after ordering, not what was ordered and incomplete. Items were missing which meant I had to cook for my daughter as she needed to go to bed. 2 hours after ordering and when the rest of us had finished our meal, the missing items arrived but I turned them away. If this had been a restaurant I would have demanded a complete refund or simply refused to pay. There is no option for this through either the take away or Just Eat. I will never use this restaurant again. I phoned 12 separate times to enquire where my food was and to complain as I was entertaining guests. All I was told was that they were very busy. if a restaurant can’t cope with the demand it shouldn’t take on new orders. Extremely disappointed that Just Eat would allow a poor experience like this to tarnish their reputation, I will think twice about using Just Eat again.

Other peoe came in and then the music started which made it feel a bit more relaxed. Will be returning soon ????
