We have been dining at PJ's since the 1970s and have always had a great meal. I particularly love their mushroom dish; it’s consistently delicious with a rich, buttery broth filled with mushrooms and potatoes. Old-school clam shack. Excellent fried plates — we got fried clams and scallops. The seafood was good and so were the fries and coleslaw.

PJs is the perfect destination for anything related to clam shacks! They serve the best scallops around! The clam chowder is outstanding, and they have incredible salads and grilled specials for those who prefer not to have fried food. Their ice cream selection is fantastic, and you can't forget about Del's lemonade! The restaurant is always clean, and the servers are kind and patient. The owners are present, which really makes a difference! It's worth every penny we spend there multiple times each season! For vegetarians, the salads are hearty and made with artisan ingredients, not just basic options. They also offer fresh, local corn on the cob, as well as various vegetable and starch side options.
