Dunkin' - WELLFLEET
Dunkin'
Description
Nestled in a bustling area, this restaurant offers a mix of experiences for its patrons. While some guests faced delays and order inaccuracies during busy times, others found the staff friendly and efficient, handling the crowd with grace. The convenience of outdoor ordering and the recommendation of unique drink additions, like the blue skyberry, were highlights for many. However, not all reviews were positive; several diners expressed dissatisfaction with food temperature and the quality of certain beverages, such as the chai latte. Overall, the establishment seems to have potential but may struggle with consistency and management during peak hours.

Service with a smile! We messed up our order a bit, and they immediately prepared a new one. The lady preparing the orders was all alone, was patient and attentive. I really appreciate that!
The staff was very welcoming. Service was quick although there were no other patrons, so not sure how it would be when it is busy. It seemed like it was too big of a location, but my hunch is that it is because we are technically off season for the Cape, this time of year.
Food order was freezing cold in the middle. I went up and asked them to microwave it for 20 seconds and they said they only had an oven and there were other orders. My family members waited 30 min for their food because the guy at the register did not put in their order in the back. It was pretty much a cluster. Probably just a bad day but it just seemed quite disorganized.
The walk-up window is a nice feature, I had two great coffees and a nice breakfast sandwich here!
