We had a very bad experience with staff and didn't get to sit down. The place was very busy and people were waiting outside. The staff person that talked to us at the door, was very rude. She said they have lots of customers so wait somewhere with a froun face. Not recommended at all. There are so many other places in Adelaide that you can enjoy sushi and get great customer service.

I visited this restaurant with three adults and two children under five, one of whom has a seafood allergy, so we had to avoid any fish dishes. As a solution, I got the kids KFC meals. When we mentioned our reason for bringing in the KFC at the front counter, the staff assured us it was fine. However, once we were seated, several employees kept looking our way, and one approached us to say that outside food wasn’t allowed. I’ve done this many times before without any issues, so it was quite surprising. We spent $85 on our meal, and I was really disappointed with how the staff handled the situation and confronted us. We’re regular customers, visiting at least once every three weeks, so it’s disheartening to say that I won’t be returning.

My partner and I arrived for lunch around 12.40pm and the staff were all busy so nobody greeted us at the entrace this is understandable during peak hour. What came next though is not okay. A lady had walked in 2 minutes after us and was greeted by Jenny. The lady pointed to us cause we arrived first, but Jenny raised her hand and cut us off when we started talking. Jenny gave her a ticket number and walked off to attend something else. We waved Jenny down and told her we needed a table for 2, to which she replied in a very unapologetic tone sorry I thought you were getting takeaway . How could she think we were getting takeaway if she never even let us speak? Terrible service aside, the food quality was great.
