older guy gave me my food, he was nice but this was the worse thing i have ever eaten. I got a chicken sandwich and it was hard as a rock, i'm not exaggerating, only reason i'm not going back in there right now for a refund is because they are closed, this was the worse thing i have ever taken a bite from, I came nowhere close to fishing it as I didn't feel safe doing so. Food was great but the manager made it felt like why we were there. Even kids felt his weird behavior. We won't be coming here again.
Terrible service. I have a hard time seeing small numbers and I have dyslexia. When I asked the guy at the counter if I had the right order rather then just grabbing it. He rudely asked me of I knew how to read. Then proceeded to push the order I said towards me..Like sorry it was high up and I couldn't see the number.
I ordered a delivery, one food item missing. Called the store, requested the missing item. They ignored me, this is the second time this happens. I will ban KFC in the house and replace it with another fast food chain.
Worst kfc ive ever been in. Just ordered mashed potato and gravy. Took 15 mins and then they tell me they don’t carry it anymore and then took 10 more minutes to refund
