I ca... read more I requested to skip the side dish in my order and was given a cookie instead. When I received my order, there was no dipping sauce for the popcorn chicken. I called KFC and the employee just giggled and said it wasn't her fault because she didn't bag my order. They should take responsibility and not expect me to be happy and come back to get the sauces. This is very poor customer service. KFC is the worst! Don't waste your time or money here.

I got a chicken sandwich and it was hard as a rock, i'm not exaggerating, only reason i'm not going back in there right now for a refund is because they are closed, this was the worse thing i have ever taken a bite from, I came nowhere close to fishing it as I didn't feel safe doing so.
