Excellent restaurant! The food is consistently delicious, and the service is outstanding. I dined in for dinner, and the price per person was reasonable, around $10–20. I would rate the food a perfect 5, the service also a 5, and the atmosphere a solid 5. Highly recommend! View all feedback.

Go here for lunch for the buffet. For under $10 you get pizza, salad, usually t-ravs, and a couple other rotating items. Also comes with a drink. The pizza choices usually include a specialty type to go along with classics. Staff has always been friendly and do a good job of cleaning up discarded plates. Never too busy. Have only ever seen it about half full.
Terrific customer service! We have a VERY large family, so our dinner order was pretty big. But this location had our pizza, salads, etc. ready and steaming hot within about 20 minutes! They were friendly, and helpful—we had an issue with a coupon that they helped us figure out and place our order accordingly. Also, when I arrived to pick up, I added a side salad, and that addition was no problem. They made the extra salad quickly and had it ready in seconds! After a terrible experience at another location, we will be frequenting this location—since they have such great customer service—from now on.
Cecil Whittaker's has a lunch buffet that is great for a quick sit down meal on a busy work day. Whether by yourself, or with family or a group of co-workers tagging along, there's something on the buffet for everyone. The friendly staff are ready to serve, and attentive to keep the buffet stocked and drink glasses full. Buffet menu items change daily, so each day is a new experience. Check their website and Social Media pages for details.
I've been going to this restaurant for years, and it's the best! Loren is particularly fantastic and always makes the experience special. It's located on the highway and Willet.
St. Charles Favorite. ... customer upgrade day is on Tuesday, get your pizza then! Love this place! I've been here since I was a kid and I always loved it. Pizza is always warm and cheap. It's a lot like Imos, but better expensive and close by. I feel like you're moving to Main St. and then meet Cecil's!
**Cecil Whitaker's: A Hidden Gem for Pizza Lovers** Nestled modestly, Cecil Whitaker's offers a delightful dining experience with incredible food at budget-friendly prices. Despite its unassuming exterior, the restaurant boasts a kid-friendly atmosphere and attentive service, making it ideal for families. Diners rave about the wings and mouthwatering pepperoni bacon pizza, alongside traditional St. Louis-style options like mostaccioli and salads. The lunch buffet, featuring rotating items, provides a quick bite without breaking the bank. With consistent quality and ample parking, this local pizza joint truly stands out. Patrons leave eager to return, solidifying its status as a cherished community gem.

This restaurant was a delightful surprise. The exterior is quite modest, and we visited on a Thursday evening, anticipating a busy scene. To our astonishment, it was empty. Based on our past experiences, a lack of customers often signals subpar food, but we were mistaken. THE FOOD HERE IS FANTASTIC! We ordered the wings and the pepperoni bacon pizza, and the Carolina mustard sauce was outstanding. The wings were cooked to perfection, and the pizza was among the best I've ever tasted. Our waitress was also very friendly and attentive. I will definitely return, and I plan to bring my family when they visit over the holidays. I'm eager to try more items from the menu. This place is definitely a gem! Service: Dine-in Meal type: Dinner Price per person: $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 3 Recommended dishes: Wings, Pepperoni Bacon Pizza

Cecil Whitakers is a local feel pizza joint with traditional toppings, crust, and at an attractive price. A medium 3 topping pizza is less than $11 and is prepared in about 15 minutes. Call ahead or pick up and catch up on your email while waiting for your pizza. They also are more full service with appetizers, salads, sandwiches and pasta dishes. I personally love their mostaccioli with added meatballs. Real St. Louis style pizza at a bargain price. You can change from the Provel cheese to more traditional Mozzarella when you order. Daily lunch specials are fast and filling, including a drink for $10.99.
