Subway - Welches

If I could give zero stars, I would. My last experience was the worst I've ever had at a restaurant. I waited an hour for my food, and the staff didn't even realize I was waiting for an online order. The app said my order was prepared and ready, but it wasn't even entered until 30 minutes later. It was just two sandwiches, so it shouldn't have taken that long. When I got home, I realized there was meat missing from about two-thirds of the sandwich. This has happened before and it's just unacceptable. I won't be returning here anytime soon. I also reached out to them with a picture of the problem, but received a response saying they don't care, and nothing else.

I hadn't visited Subway in years, but stopped by as it was the last place to grab food before my night camping trip. The person who made my sandwich seemed unresponsive, almost like they were in a coma. I believe they were the shift leader. The woman in line before me became frustrated when she was told in a monotonous tone that they were out of turkey, with no offer of an alternative. I received the same monotonous response when I asked for provolone, which made me wonder if Subway was running low on certain ingredients. However, this didn't excuse the poor customer service. When I thanked the worker for making my sandwich, they just stared at me. On a positive note, the newer employee at the register was friendly.

The owner of this Subway should be ashamed! Everything about this place is terrible - understaffed, unkempt, and dirty inside. The food containers were contaminated with other objects, and the outside of the restaurant looks neglected. The workers are inattentive and the A/C was not working properly. Today, they were almost out of everything when a large group arrived, spending over $200. I have no sympathy for the owner.

This restaurant is one of the best spots for a quick meal. The prices are very reasonable for the healthy and delicious food you receive. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. They offer a special called SUB OF THE DAY where you get a 35sek discount. This is their most popular item and changes daily. Enjoy your meal here and cheers!
