We were in December 2017 between Christmas and New Year in Weitnau. When we arrived on 26.12.17, we only took breakfast and wanted to dinner. Unfortunately, after arrival all were so k.o. (800km car) that we called the Hotel Adler and ordered us to pick up a menu. That was great! The food was lovingly dressed on individual plates. No to the AFD. Do not find that these people are managed by them!
Right unmotivated personnel. Eating unfortunately lower standard, seemed like finished products and not self-made... Food was made hot in microwave. Ambience very nice
