We have had lunch several times at this restaurant and the food is great. However a word of warning... don't use your card. The waitress insisted our transaction hadn't gone through. She then started taking photos of our card and demanding our pin number. She caused such a fuss that we then paid in cash, too then find they have taken a payment. Don't go here

Yes the view is amazing, but I would be very careful when using your card! Today the waitress got frustrated and threw the card reader on the table and claimed it was broken, therefore I got no transaction receipt. The waitress then asked me for a second payment. The waitress took a photo of my card on her own personal phone which I had to ask her to delete, very odd behaviour! I have now had to contact my bank to delete the second payment, I don’t plan to return, awful attitude and service! Look after your card and make sure the waitress doesn’t take your details!

Die Alm befindet sich an wunderbarer Lage. Die Einrichtung ist bodenständig und passt zu einem Ausflugsrestaurant. Die Küche ist ausgezeichnet, nicht nur Fertig-Food aus dem Laden. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich.
