Kfc - Weirton

I have had nothing but trouble here. They do not offer cleanliness. They serve you what they want, not what you want, and the young lady manager can be rude, not attentive to the customer.

My partner and I recently dined at this restaurant. The staff was very friendly and we enjoyed the best KFC meal. My partner ordered the mac and cheese bowl while I opted for the spicy bowl.

A few days ago, I ordered the famous potato bowl combo. Unfortunately, I received only dry chicken and potatoes. When I called to ask for a replacement, I was promised a bowl of potatoes and gravy. It shouldn't be so difficult to include the bun, potatoes, gravy, corn, and cheese. I attempted to call again, but the line was always busy. I just want to receive what I paid for. The customer service is terrible.

I am very disappointed with my experience at this restaurant. I ordered the 14 Piece bucket with sides, but when I got it home, I found that there were only 12 chicken legs and 2 thighs, with no breast meat included. This was problematic for my family members who only eat white meat. At a cost of $32, this meal was not worth the price. I will not be purchasing from this restaurant again.

This restaurant is terrible. They don't provide forks, napkins, or any other basic dining essentials. Trying to eat mashed potatoes with the container lid is not an ideal dining experience. If you can't handle a simple drive-thru order, your career options are limited. Overall, avoid this lousy restaurant.
