I ended up ordering 8 pc meal mixe... read more After having not ordered from KFC Weirton for quite sometime because of quality issues I decided to give them another chance. I ended up ordering 8 pc meal mixed original and crispy. I ended up with 3 legs 3 wings a breast and a thigh. I was charged $26.74 after taxes which is fine for the normal 2pc of each but 3 legs 3 wings made up majority of order. Called and was told corporate policy allows them to substitute with whatever they had available. I was never told they didn't have the other pieces. Dealt with supposedly the manager Megan when calling them. She was also the one who handed me the order at the drive thru and never said a thing to me. Didn't find out until I was home 10 miles down the road.

They assured us they would fix it by adding my name to a list and providing extra food on our next visit. Unfortunately, instead of addressing the issue, a rude female manager was disrespectful and declined to make amends. Because of this, my family will no longer be coming here.

I ordered the 14-piece bucket with sides, but when I got it home, I discovered that there were only 12 chicken legs and 2 thighs, with no breast meat included. This was an issue for my family members who only eat white meat. At a cost of $32, this meal was not worth the price. I will not be returning to this restaurant again.

Attempting to eat mashed potatoes with the container lid is far from an enjoyable experience. If they struggle with simple drive-thru orders, it raises concerns about their overall performance. I would recommend steering clear of this subpar establishment.
