My brother and his wife Kathy were visiting from Florida, every time they visit, Faro is definitely top on the list to go have a fantastic dinner. They absolutely love Faro, Shayla was our waitress when we went to the deck for dinner. Great waitress. We love everyone there. Thanks for making my wife’s Birthday wonderful. Thanks Rich. The dining experience was quite disappointing. Our food arrived lukewarm after a 40-minute wait. The waitress seemed inexperienced and needed guidance with several aspects of her duties. One of us ordered a steak but was not asked how she wanted it cooked, and it was served without steak knives. After waiting another 25 minutes for the waitress to return, she cleared away some things but then disappeared for an exten... View all feedback.
We had an odd experience here. Our hostess made us wait for over a minute to seat us after being on her computer. Our waitress asked us twice if we wanted bread, had to be asked for water on several occasions and was just average. The food we ordered was delicious we had the house shrimp special appetizer and chicken piccata over linguine. Atmosphere was very nice; portions were adequate, yet prices were high for the food on the plate. I am not sure I would run back here.
We went on Saturday 2/16/19 Not sure if short handed but place was packed and only one bartender took 40 min for a beer from tap and glass of wine second round of drinks took 30 min otherwise great food. Waitress apologetic for bar service being so slow
Friendly service, nice four course meal for Valentine’s Day, we showed up 20 minutes early and they were still able to seat us upon arrival, was a little disappointed they ran out of cheesecake
Great food and service. Handled my Gluten Free food exceptionally!
There were 5 of us. none of us were satisfied with our meals. they had no taste! I ordered salmon without sauce because of food allergy. they brought it with sauce and undercooked. I didn't get my redemption until everyone did eat, so I took it to go. at least they have complicated it, but it was frustrating.
