We went on a very quiet Sunday evening and sat just inside from the biergarten. Lots of solid, traditional Thuringian food on the menu but also salads and other more healthy options. Service was polite and helpful and the food game quickly. The goulash with potato dumplings and red cabbage was very tasty, the pan fried vegetables somewhat overcome by the garlic sauce. Someone must have had a sense of humour when they named a restaurant in Weimar Shakespeares considering the town is the home of two of Germany's greatest writers?
