I have not received the order yet. it's been 3 hours. that is unacceptable.

Penne with spinach, spinach, pizza margherita was ordered. unfortunately everything without recognizable taste or flavor, so unusable. the delivery lasted 3 hours, which is unfortunately unpredictable. I will not order there anymore.
