The Allgäuer Hof offers a rustic interior and invites you to stay. We were eating at the Allgäuer Hof in mid-January 2020. The service was very nice and flotted. We didn't have to wait for our card or for our drinks long. The waiting time for the food was more than reasonable. The ingredients promised in the menu were also offered and could be fully traced in the individual dishes. Tastefully we were both absolutely satisfied. The price-performance ratio is also very fair. I can only recommend the Allgäuer Hof if you like rustic cuisine.
Nice service, kitchen excellent, is recommended at any time - simple tip, more so!!!
I can't say anything about the strangers' rooms because I live in Weilheim by now, but the food... Superb! Fresh, seasonal, price/performance absolutely harmonious to really nice and suuuuper delicious. And one of the reasons I love the place is that extra sausages don't exist! Notorious changers, educated allergy sufferers and other important subjects remain completely unnoticed, eaten what is on the map and basta! The chef also refuses to categorically dedicate himself to new-fashioned glumps like Pommes and Ketchup, another reason to love him. Outside you can watch the Marienplatz from a completely different angle of view and the small cozy beer garden in the courtyard must also be mentioned. So, who wants to enjoy Bavarian food, originally prepared and genuinely prepared, in a pleasant atmosphere, surrounded by locals, comes here fully at his expense. Absolute recommendation: Schnitzel Brauerart in Meerettich-Senfkruste, sensational!
Don't mess around and eat here. We had a meal with the family and everyone was happy. I enjoyed a schnitzel whilst the others had goulash and a pot dish with meat. Very friendly and reasonably priced. We will return!
