It was Sunday 12 December at 4:00 I ordered a cheeseburger pizza and go a beef pizza. When I called about it, the guy said he was the one who made it. I informed him when the girl took my order, I repeated it twice. He said it was the manager and put it on the phone. She wanted to tell me I ordered a beef pizza. On Sunday, December 12th, at 4:00 PM, I ordered a cheeseburger pizza but received a beef pizza instead. When I called to address the mix-up, the guy who answered insisted he was the one who made it. I explained that I had repeated my order twice to the girl who took it. He then handed the phone to the manager, who insisted that I had indeed ordered the beef pizza. I've ordered from this place many times, but after this experience, I won't be returning. The customer service was extremely poor, and I felt like they were calling me a liar.
