I was upgraded to a lak... read more I stayed here for one night at the start of December 2025 and I really enjoyed it! The staff was very friendly and spoke fluent English. I was upgraded to a lake view suite for free and the view was simply fantastic. There is virtually no traffic noise and the surround area is very well kept. There was a buffet breakfast included in the price and that was really good as well. I highly recommend staying here if you can!

One of the best rooms I had in Switzerland (and I had many) at a reasonavle price. Huge floor space with comfortable beds and modern shower. But the best is the view on lake Lucerne and Pilatus in the background. Great sunset (just behind Pilatus) if you are lucky.

This hotel is a bit far from Lucerne, so it'll take you around 30 minutes on an Uber or 40 minutes on a ferry to arrive. The hotel is gorgeous. It's like one of those hotels you see in those Hallmark movies. We went in the winter, which is disappointing because there's a nice pool outside and a sauna. The food of the restaurant was great. They served Italian food, so we tried the pizza and the ravioli. Both were delectable and definitely something to praise. However, the rooms and service are absolutely top-notch. The cleaners give you biscuits every time they clean. The rooms we had, 303 and 304 were very spacious. They also provide all the toiletries you could ever need. The only bad thing I can say about this hotel is that their phones don't work. However, the hotel is small so walking down to the reception is not that inconvenient. Shout out to one of the receptionists, Hong! She was so kind and funny and really made us feel at home as she is also from Southeast Asia.
