Delivery takes forever, and when you try to can... read more Unfortunately, I can't recommend this company. They constantly deliver the wrong thing. Wrong size, wrong sauce. Delivery takes forever, and when you try to cancel the order by phone, they say it's already on its way. Then it takes ages longer for it to arrive. It makes you suspect the order was only prepared after the phone call. So far, the company has benefited from the fact that not many restaurants deliver, but now I've reached the end of my rope.

After 2.5 hours, we still hadn't received our food, even though it had been promised long ago. We were lied to multiple times about this. On Saturday, we decided to give Kepino another chance and ordered again. And once again, it was a complete disaster. The food arrived after 2 hours, even though 30 minutes had been promised. When we inquired again, they lied once more and delivered it much later. The food was reheated and arrived tough and cold. Apparently, they had also mixed up the white cabbage salad with (old) onions in the filling. It tasted awful and unfortunately ended up in the bin. Every euro wasted on this food. Kepino has lost two customers.

What I got: a kebab without onions, without spicy food. Instead, it came with herb butter and without pizza rolls. This was the second and last time.

The doner pizza, which is topped after baking, is unfortunately not a highlight. The pizza concept is great, but unfortunately, it was swimming in sauce. We also ordered a doner kebab, which was generously filled and generally okay. Unfortunately, the bread was hard and barely edible; it must have been left overnight in the toaster; it had definitely been left on the toaster for too long. The sauces and meat are not particularly tasty, which is a shame. Everything is just run-of-the-mill.
