Be surprised, only give what you like and don't like. Have eaten here a number of times and it was very tasty. You can eat a la carte, or a surprise menu. You can also play around with how many courses you want. Such as entrees and/or cheese platter that are optional. The drinks menu is also nice, with exceptional wines, some tasty beers and sherry.
