My girlfriend was halfway through her meal before she had a drink. I don't care if you are refusing serving us directly our franks rather then thinking you are having up pay to pour our own. Im upset with my 10minute wait time on a cup. She shouldn't have to go get a drink while hold her drink. That IS the point of finding the seat. Two dollars per minute of the drink. Everytime I order from here my order is wrong. Such of waste of time and money.
This location is in need of a serious cleaning. The 1st thing I noticed was the smell as we walked in the door . It was not appetizing... kind of like an old , unkempt waffle house 2am in a bad neighborhood (if you know what I mean) The place was completely void of any decoration... not a single painting or even advertisement on walls or tables. Nothing to distinguish it from any storage space other than the sign outside.Customer service was non-existent. I've never had so much trouble ordering a simple piece of bread at a restaurant that is supposed to be KNOWN for baking this exact item! Once we finally placed our order with the simpleton behind the counter, it was good, fresh tasty. Though the prices seemed a little high for what you're getting. I probably wouldn't mind as much if the dining area hadn't changed so much since I used to frequent these establishments on a regular basis the help still knew the meaning of the word.

I love Panera bread! I have been to several locations over the years but I live in Citrus County and I’m very happy that we have one now there. I have been to the Springhill location several times as well because we had to have Panera and we didn’t have one in my area at the time. So this is my first time back in quite a while. I went inside and had a very nice experience. My only complaint is that when you walk in it looks like you have to order on the touchscreen, much like Wawawa. But after choosing my items it wanted me to pay by credit or debit. And I was paying cash. But it was not too much of an inconvenience and the manager immediately brought me over to the cash register and rung up. My food was ready very quickly. And my food was amazing as usual.Kid-friendliness: Always kid friendly!
Good food, pretty good service, and nice atmosphere.
