The restaurant offers a lot of amenities, but I found it to be overpriced for the size of the rooms. The pool area has a nightclub vibe, which can be overwhelming. Additionally, the staff is consistently rude, and there are times when there’s no one available to assist or several people who seem unsure of how to help. Overall, it's frustrating. This is the best coffee I've ever had! The hot coffee is fantastic, and you absolutely have to try the bacon, egg, and cheese roll. Don't forget to add salt and pepper!

I am so fortunate to live in a community that values its residents. The staff consistently exceeds my expectations and they make living at the Estuary so enjoyable. During Covid, the staff and residents did everything possible to keep us safe, informed, and kept us engaged in various events. Mgmt also enforced new Covid protocols which allowed us to use the amenities and enjoy what we could during this difficult year. I absolutely love living here.
Any issues I had were immediately addressed. Management has been very nice and a pleasure to work with. All the maintenance staff in 1575 are really nice and keep the building clean. Moving in during COVID was a bit stressful and I wish I could have met with leasing in person before doing so to have a proper tour and look at apartments but that was due to my scheduling. Overall most of the tenants are super nice and lots of dogs which is great. Amenities being closed (the gym) makes sense since it would be difficult to keep that clean. Besides that gorgeous views and decent size studio. The fees are a little ridiculous like the alarm you must use or paying for trash but if you're looking at a building like this is known you'll be paying for that stuff so just do your homework and negotiate your apartment rate.
