The food really didn’t meet my expectations; I would give it a low rating of 1 out of 5. However, I must commend the service, which was efficient and friendly, earning a solid 4 out of 5. Unfortunately, the atmosphere left much to be desired—it felt very unwelcoming and stark, thus receiving a rating of 1. Overall, despite the decent service, I don’t think I would return given the lackluster food and unpleasant environment.

I waited for half a day for my order and I'm not sure how things operate here. They really need to change the staff. It seems like they prepare orders based on guesswork or whatever they happen to notice. Service: 1, Atmosphere: 3.

I wish I could give this place zero stars. We waited 30 minutes in the drive-thru only to receive rotten food that was inedible. It was also unusually expensive. We were on a road trip from California to Washington and planned for this to be a quick stop for dinner; otherwise, we would have returned the food. Here’s my breakdown: Service: Takeout. We had a terrible experience here. It took over 40 minutes to get our food. Many people who ordered after us got food before us. We inquired if our order was placed correctly since it was ordered through the kiosk. We inquired 3 times total. The employees were quite rude and would not refund any patrons orders. One woman employee seemed terribly bothered by questions; we asked for hot sauce then she told us they only had hot and mild when we could visibly see all options, when pointed out she rolled her eyes and went to get it. When we got our food it was sloppy with sauce on the packages, cold and not all the food was included. We ended up throwing half the food away because it tasted bad cold. To top it off the bathrooms were very dirty. I'll be reaching out to the manager and hope to get a refund as $20+ dollars for inedible food seems.
