I really hate to have to give this location 2 stars. This location is very unorganized. They never have my order ready when I order on mobile and give an average of 10 minutes before I get there and my order is almost never ready. Waiting in line almost defeats the purpose of mobile ordering, which is usually what people do when they just want to go in and out quickly. I really hope someone from this location sees this and implements a fix and maybe is able to fix the way the operate so things are more cohesive. I like Tim Hortons products, but the staff and the way this location is run is unfortunate because it?s going to drive me to not come back.

Usually, service is very good and workers are polite and helpful. But now and then you get a guy like today who is a bit curt, interrupts, and rough with your card and food. However, that's not a reason to post and rate, because usually workers are very polite and friendly. But the blueberry bagel the rude worker prepared, as you can see in the picture, was done with dirty tools. I'm not sure what the orange stuff is in my blueberry bagel with strawberry cream cheese, but I think it's some melted cheese. I can only assume of course that he didn't clean his workspace or tools before preparing another bagel which seriously disgusts me. This could be dangerous if someone has an allergy and regardless who wants to eat something made with dirty tools? I can only imagine what else besides cheese made it into my food. I threw this away, a waste of money. *It's REALLY gross*. This person worked at 2pm on Sunday the 4th.

Decent coffee; okay service. I dig their cold brew coffee. Sue me.

Is everything in order tim hortons webster? I'm not one that leaves negative critikens, but I've been using Subpar quality for years and then this step had broken me. I ordered a big soda and two donuts. a donut was wrong, but I had it good with that sucking up. then I got my soda after a long wait time and it was a medium. After I checked my quitting to make sure I ordered the big ones I asked if I could swap them. what I got was a big cup of what was probably my former medium soda over top and so much ice was poured to make it big that I couldn't put mine in the position. I have never received a 'eff you' in the form of soda, so thank you for the first tim hortons webster. I'd rather go to dunkin.
