Remton offers vegan options such as pho, desserts, and banh mi. Customers can request for the butter to be removed from the banh mi. Those who do not want extra vegetables in their vegan pho can opt for a tofu pho with vegan broth. Unfortunately, their smoothies, Thai tea, and Vietnamese coffee cannot be made vegan as they contain milk. Durians are not available in their dairy-free options. The service is friendly, t... What Judy Sauceda doesn't like about Remton Vietnamese Cuisine:
This restaurant is very cute and the service is great. However, I was disappointed with my shaken beef as it lacked flavor. When I brought this to my servers attention, the manager offered me a 50% discount on the dish in exchange for another meal. He also mentioned that the shaken beef is one of their most popular dishes, but I find it hard to believe unless the meat was not seasoned properly. I also wanted to try t... View all feedback.
Honest review... I was excited to see a Vietnamese place close with the rating of 4.6. I love Vietnamese food. However this place fell far short of a 4.6 in my opinion. I spent a good amount of money with intent to test quality of several faves.Umami chicken wings.. 4 for 14 .. flavor was underwhelming and the crispy rice cakes were only place holders. Not crispy or flavorful.Pho broth tasted like the bullion was the knock off store brought brand and the noodles... SameBoth the lemongrass vermicelli and the pork sandwich..... No words. Nobi is just down the street and is head and shoulders and knees above the quality. The siu ma was probably the most flavorfuk food But of the three pieces provided and one of them had a funny taste and I didn't ingest. The fried pork bao- underwhelming. The two drinks I got were probably the best things in the order but still not worth highlighting compared to the options across the city.I took one to two bites of each dish... And my honest opinion is that they could do much better at the price point they set.
I am so happy I stopped here while in the area for work. I had the truffle fried rice with shrimp. It was incredible. The staff was so very nice and helpful. The cook even checked to make sure I liked my meal.
Clean place. Friendly staff. Variety of food and drinks to choose. However, they need to be more mindful with their sandwiches when it comes to adding jalapeños. Not everyone likes them so they should ask the guest if they prefer jalapenos in it when taking o order. If you're looking for a heavy dinner I suggest you to try the Mongolian plate, It's the bomb! One thing I suggested to be improved is to be mindful during lunch hours. Most people have limited time and the staff shall think about when to give the receipt .UPDATE: The dinner has been renovated and it looks gorgeous. They added new dishes to the menu and I tried one of them. It was delicious! I recommend it. Don't get intimidated by the size of the dish, it's worth the price to pay. I suggest you to try it. The new image of the place is awesome and the customer service keep rocking. I give beyond 5 stars to this place.
Beautiful restaurant, the owner was so nice and so were the staff. The drinks were made with all fresh fruit. And the food was so delicious ?
Best pho in the area! The broth is always rich in flavor and they use high quality filet. I always bring people from out of town here and they love it too! The owners are really nice people and you can tell that they really care about quality and consistency of the menu items. I drive from Dickinson/League City and it's always been well worth the drive. It's my favorite place to eat, seriously!
