Stephanie and Emily in the bar were super sweet and helpful. We are used to get terrible service everywhere, and were pleasantly surprised by their outrageous attitude. We'll come back to see her! View all feedback.
What User doesn't like about Pluckers Wing:
Trey was truly an experience to experience he was so rude, he obviously had somewhere better to be and working in the hospitality industry it takes a lot going wrong for another server to say a server actually sucked. He was sarcastic and could have got a great tip if he would’ve actually tried. Some people just aren’t meant to provide others a service and he definitely checked every box as to why he’s actually terri... View all feedback.
This was my second visit to the bar, and once again, the service was slow. During my last visit, we actually left before receiving our drinks after waiting more than 15 minutes for our order. Today seemed like it was going to be the same story until I had to stop a staff member for assistance, and ultimately, I also had to involve the manager just to settle our bill. However, the food was fantastic, as always, and came out quickly. I'm hoping that my third visit will be a better experience!
Moved from New Jersey here. And Came to eat dinner here. They wanted to check my ID since it was a jersey ID. i showed the waitress. she looked at it weird and walked away. Then Her manager comes up and asks to see my ID so i give it to him and he looks at it weird. then i tell him to go to the back and scan it. once it comes out positive i felt embarrassed and wrong for them thinking a new texas resident is a fraud. I was ready to have them call the cops to show how truly stupid they look. How are you a manager and you don’t know how to tell an ID. i bought a 70k car last week and they didn’t think my ID was fake. at my job i deal wit sales that involve thousands of and we require a customers ID. But we actually know how to tell an ID. And they over here pressing me for a 40 bill. Manager and staff needs training on this. i understand it’s a big matter. but someone who goes to clubs, dealerships, restaurants, all the time in houston. this place was first most unprofessional place ever for making me feel like i was a fraud ?. That’s completely ridiculous and for the waitress not to ask if she can take my ID to the back and instead call her manager to come over is truly pathetic. Hopefully they get some training. because that was embarrassing on my part. First time i have ever left a 0 tip and i’m very very big on tips. but the waitress and manager screwed that up. Which is sad. because that’s a manager…… who can’t tell a difference between a real or fake ID. smh
I swear this is the worst location of Pluckers history. The customer service is good but the food is awful. My food was cold taste disgusting. I ordered fries which I didn’t receive. My fried Oreo dessert didn’t come with the powder sugar or chocolate syrup. The cheese sticks were so soggy. Do not waste your money on pricey food that shouldn’t be fed to a dog
Special thanks to Bria the manager who was working on 4/10/23 around 4pm. Even though our food did not come out correctly, she still apologized and offered to recook the food and comped our meal and provided us gift cards. We didn’t expect any of that, we just asked to not remake the food because we had to head back to work so it was greatly appreciated all that she did for us. The waitress was still very sweet though and even brought some water for my dog when we were sitting outside on the patio. We eat here all the time and the food is always delicious so we were surprised how the quality of food was today but the customer service never lacked. Thank you again we will continue being customers for such great service!
My experience at Trey was quite disappointing. The server was exceptionally rude and seemed more interested in being somewhere else than in providing good service. In the hospitality industry, it takes a lot for a fellow server to say that someone is genuinely bad at their job, but in this case, it was warranted. His sarcasm detracted from the experience, and he missed out on earning a good tip simply because he didn't put in the effort. It’s clear that some people just aren’t cut out for service roles, and he exemplified that perfectly. I would be happy to share more details about my negative experience, but I suggest you visit and see for yourself.
