I will definitely not be returning to this restaurant. It has numerous health violations that should lead to its closure. The HR manager walks around in flip-flops, exposing her dirty feet, and she doesn't just stay in the front; she’s involved in food handling in the back as well. Additionally, I noticed that many employees were involved in inappropriate behavior in the walk-in areas. I only worked there for a week before deciding to quit.

This location faces significant service issues and is poorly managed by upper management. Over the past year, I’ve picked up hundreds of DoorDash deliveries from this store, and I want to share my experience. Despite having two registers, they only staff one, and the employee at the front is often missing, spending time in the back for unknown reasons. This leads to long waits in the lobby as you linger at the register without anyone attending to you. I’ve seen managers and employees sitting behind the walls, gossiping and sharing stories while customers are left waiting for assistance. You’ll notice employee after employee passing by, yet none will help you because they aren’t cashiers, nor will they go get someone who can assist. It’s a clear case of incompetence. If you place a mobile order, it may be ready, but it will just sit there because no one is at the register to hand it to you, allowing it to become cold. This is a classic example of a restaurant that manages to prepare the food but fails to deliver proper service to customers. The staff seems overwhelmed with a variety of tasks, rather than focusing on what they are actually being paid to do at the front.

The tables and carpets were very dirty. The staff was loud and disruptive in the back room. I do not recommend this place. There was no one available to attend to customers' needs.
