The staff is very rude when you try to address any issues. I would highly recommend avoiding this place at all costs. It might be a better idea to just go to the cigar shop instead.

Out of all the Dunkin locations in the area that offer delivery, this one messes up orders the most frequently. Some of the staff at this particular spot give off a negative vibe, which may not be appealing to everyone. When placing a mobile order, there are often delays and lack of acknowledgment from employees. You may have to approach the register and inform them of your order before receiving any attention. It would be ideal if you could simply pick up your order and go, but unfortunately, this location tends to make things more complicated. The best Dunkin' in the area is in Oxford, but if you must order from Webster, try the Dudley Dunkin's instead. Trust me on this one.

I ordered a green tea with sugar, but when I tested it, there was no sugar added. My dad's tea had sugar, but my grandpa's bagel was forgotten and never put in the bag.
